2. Form 24 & Form 49
3. All directors' IC photocopy
4. Latest 3 years audited financial account (minimum 2 years) - (no applicable to Sole Proprietor)
5. Latest management account : (Minimum 2 years for Sole Proprietor)
6. Latest 12 months bank statement (all banks)
7. Debtors & creditors ageing list
8. Copy of letter offer aor ALL existing loan (including Hire Purchase, Trade Financing, etc.
Additional Documents (can be obtained later):
1. Company's Form 32A transfer of shares)
2. Directors' Form BE / B or Form EA, or latest 3 months pay slips
3. Company profile
